Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

We offer a limited return and exchange policy for opened supplements, subject to specific conditions. Please read carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Unopened Items:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange for unopened, sealed, unused items in their original state.
  • This applies to all unopened items supplements.
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Protein Bars:

Heat Policy:

During periods where ambient temperatures exceed 40°C, protein bars may arrive soft due to the nature of the product.
This is normal and does not indicate that the product is damaged or defective.
Upon receiving your order, simply place the bars in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours and they will return to their original texture.
Due to the high temperatures during shipping, we cannot guarantee that bars will arrive firm, regardless of the shipping method used.
Bars that arrive soft are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

Protein Bars Taste Preference Policy:

Protein bars are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange based on personal taste or flavor preference.
As taste is subjective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because a flavor did not meet individual expectations.

We have a variety box that will allow you to taste all the flavors and decide which flavor you like most.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only accepted in cases of verified product defects or issues covered under our return policy.

Opened Whey Protein Tubs:

  • You have 24 hours from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange for opened whey protein tubs, in original condition.
  • The return window is strictly enforced due to the nature of the product.
  • Opened tubs with more than 2 missing scoops are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Reason for return or exchange must be valid & any abuse of the policy will be rejected
  • Video & photo proof will be requested when needed
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Flavor exchanges for open tubs don't apply during discounts ( eg. Blackfriday )

Opened Pre-workout or Creatine or Sleep: 

  • You have 24 hours from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange for opened tubs only if the product is faulty.
  • The return window is strictly enforced due to the nature of the product.
  • Opened tubs with more than 2 missing scoops are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Opened tubs that have the silica gel pack removed are not liable for return/refund/exchange.
  • Poor storage conditions & allowing water to get into the tubs is the customer's responsibility.

Clothing: 

You have 48hrs from the date of receiving the order to return the clothing item and it cannot be worn & Must be in original condition.

General Conditions:

  • All returns and exchanges must be made by the same person who ordered
  • Please contact us at  @evolveway on instagram to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the package.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
  • Exchange & Return fees are covered by the CUSTOMER 

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exceptions:

  • Non-returnable supplements: Sale items, gift cards, and opened whey protein with more than 2 missing scoops, Creatine and Pre-workout, sleep, protein bars.
  • Non-returnable / refundable Items: water bottles & shakers ( unless they arrive damaged, within 48hr window of receiving )
  • Exchange limits: Only one exchange per flavor of whey protein allowed per customer.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary.
